Recommended daily dose and instructions for use
Dosing: Adults and Children from 12 years of age 1 tablet a day. Best after meal, rinse down with water. Use 2 months 3 times a year. For maximum efficiency can be used continuously if needed.

Ingredients
Ingredients: glucosamine sulfate *2KCl (from crustaceans), anti-caking agents: cellulose microcrystalline, calcium carbonate, talc; Salix alba extract, chondroitin sulfate, Curcuma longa extract, stabilizers: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, carboxymethylcellulose, magnesium stearate; colours: titanium dioxide, iron oxide; Boswellia serrata extract, Piper nigrum extract, L-ascorbic acid, humectant: glycerol; manganese gluconate, collagen II type.

Warnings
Warning: Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store out of the reach of children.
